I was talking to some other guys that have DEF trucks. Two of them said that when they use the cheaper blue DEF the have to fill up more often than when they use the DEF pump at Royal Farms. Any of you guys finding the same thing?? One of them said its 1000 mile difference.

Thanks for the link. Not sure about the auto shut off feel because thats always at a stop!! I usually turn it off but it was on at that time because I forget often lol. If it does it again I'll be very concerned it freeked my wife out!!!

Yesterday I was traveling 50 mph and the truck felt like it shut off and turned back on. Anyone had this happen? Hasn’t done it since. Also what is all that noise in the engine compartment when I turn the truck off??

Thx guys, Im new to DEF and Ive heard DEF has a shelf life and also freezes. So is it better to keep it full or run it down and fill. I dont put a lot of miles on, maybe 10,000 yr.

How many miles do yall go before adding DEF?? I dont want to buy if im a long way off.

I really like them for towing which I do often!! They do create a huge blind spot along with the roof support.
