NOX sensor @ 56k miles

2021 denali 1500. Just had all the 45k mile maintenance done on it., including oil and fuel filter. 3 days later throwing nox sensor code. Took it back to dealer and they verified nox sensor issue. Have to drop it off for a couple of days next week. Thankfully it is still covered under powertrain, currently have 56k miles. Just wondering how common this is

Had a nox sensor go bad before the 3/36k warranty was expired.

Not on this truck, but I did lose a NOX sensor as I drove off the lot on a previous truck

LOL. The code cleared on my way to the dealer. They are not allowed to do anything without code present. I'm sure it will return right after warranty expires.

Won't the code still be logged? Plus, the dealer if the dealer confirmed the code so while they may not replace it right now, at least they'll have a record of it.
