Has anyone used a Paint Protection Film for their truck? I've done whole wraps and just the front end on previous vehicles as well as ceramic coating. Curious about cost. Also, I'm interested in PPF for the windshield. WPF? Has anyone had any experience with it? Where I live in Alaska they sand the roads with gravel and a winshield lasts about a year or two if I"m lucky and that gravel can be rough on the front end of the vehicle.

I have PPF on the front, including the hood and front side panels. First time using and it's worth it in my opinion. I don't recall the exact cost, but I think I paid around $2K which included window tinting. I had it professionally installed. I've never heard of PPF for the windshield, although I'm sure it can be applied. I'm curious as to any optical effects that may occur when debris strikes it.
As far as ceramic coating is concerned, I'm on the fence about the cost of having it professionally applied. I'd rather apply it myself, even if I have to redo it every 6 months to a year.
