I'm wondering how everyone does it.

If I had the space to change my own, I would.

I would not trust a quick lube place to change the air in my tires. Just say'n.

100% agree.. I do have one local place, that is a drive up service style, but they are solid and have a repair shop connected. I've used them a few times supplying the oil and filter with no issues.

Not getting many votes. Is everyone embarrassed to vote?

Whew!

Now mine is just a basic oil change.. nothing more.
That's the price for the basic oil change. Tire rotation would be extra. Thinking about inquiring at the local Chevy dealer to see what they charge.

My dealer has 3 oil changes for 299.00
Seems about right, and probably fair as long as they do a good job. Some dealers are hit and miss.

I am arguing with my dealership charging 299.00 for the oil change and price for the 3.0 and the 6.6. The 6.6 uses 3 more quarts than the 3.0?

$299 for an oil change? Geez, mine charges $175 and I think that is too high.

$99.66 for a 6.6 is CHEAP!

Filter and oil for the 3.0 will run you $80. Then labor, it's not bad @ $99.

I paid $122 for my last one about 6 weeks ago at the local dealer... Standard oil change, nothing more.
