DEF empty warning, but DEF tank is FULL.. Anyone have this issue?

There a currently 20 i know of in ND. All with Max Towing gears... 3.73.. it is a math error in the computer and they can't figure it out. I am beyond sad...
 
My truck has this issue every now and then. I was told the system might need to be reflashed, but now I’m seeing that might not be the fix.
 
I recently had the same issue on my 2021, took to local dealer and they ordered a replacement DEF tank. This is apparently a known issue within the GM tech circle.
My DEF level would go from 3/4 to empty saying xx miles to limp mode and after a couple days would show correct level. Take it in when the issue is there if possible and have them scan it for codes.
Mine threw a code that they caught in the service dept.
 
What was the fix for the erratic DEF tank levels that creates the Limp mode warning? My 2020 with 100,000 miles is now doing this? Full then not with warning. Is this a GMC emissions responsibility issue? I need to resolve it as we drive long distances in Alaska. Thanks DFE!
